An essential oil aromatherapy blend of Eucalyptus, Camphor, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree & Thyme with the addition of cooling Menthol crystals to relieve dry stuffiness and congestion from colds and allergies.  
Our favorite way to relieve congestion is to apply a small amount Menthol Rub on the soles of our feet and cover with socks before bedtime.  
To ease congestion massage a small amount on chest, back, throat, and on the soles of feet. Dab sparingly under nose and breathe deeply.   
Always avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes.
