We believe sweating is a very important function of our body to release toxins. A deodorant will not stop the body's ability to sweat; the antimicrobial action of the Sweet Fern cuts down the bacteria responsible for odor.
There may be an adjustment period of a week or so if you have been using an anti-antiperspirant. An anti-antiperspirant has been formulated (usually with aluminum) to form a temporary plug to block pores so they do not sweat.
During the adjustment period odor may be higher to give your body time to release the plug and allow the body to regulate back to it's natural function.
If irritation should result please discontinue use.
